Terms of Sale

We retain the rights to refuse or cancel any order placed by customer due to any reason considering current situation (incl. force majeure).

Payment Terms
All Products are available on Bank Transfer Only in Full Once Order Is Placed and Before Shipping.

We also Accept payments through Debit/Credit Cards on website. For Debit/Credit Cards payments we are using 3^rd party merchant. Once you will select the Debit/Credit Cards payment method and click on check out, you will be redirected to third party secure payment gateway. Where you will be adding your card details and payment will be processed.

Shipping & Delivery
Once the order is confirmed by the customer order is ready to dispatch. All orders placed will be dispatched through Leopard or TCS, M&P Courier services as may be available in respective town/area city. Delivery shall take 12–29 Business/Work Days.
Deliveries can be delayed due to weekend or public holidays (incl. situation explained beyond control in specific condition or force majeure).

Refund Policy
Refund is applicable in 12 Business days if in case got damaged, or not delivered as per product description, the product during shipping or at delivery. Change of mind not accepted At All.

Return Policy
Return is applicable in 5 Business days if in case not properly packed or found damage during shipping or not received as per description mentioned on website. However, Quality/ Standard of Manufacturer may occur or changes the design/ or quality of the products from time to time that not to fall under our Responsibilities (Note: Products are 100% Original & Box Packed as We Received and As it is Defined on website and as it is Dispatched/Delivered that we can Guarantee Only). Cancellation of Order: Any order cancelled or once placed or after confirmation via Payment Completed (Card or Online Transfer), shall be deductible of 10% less to the paid amount if ask for refund in case of requested for delay in shipment in clearing or for any reason appears in the situation explained properly in due time.
