Shipping Policy

1. Orders placed will be shipped through Leopards or TCS, M&P Courier services as may be available in respective town/area city in Pakistan. Delivery shall take 5 Workdays* or 20–60 Workdays*, depending on Ordered Stock Availability*. Please re-check before placing Orders on the website.

2. Deliveries can be delayed due to weekend or public holidays (incl. situation explained beyond control in specific condition or Force Majeure). Any query for delivery, please contact us at [email protected] for more details.  

3. Shipping is Free across Pakistan for order amount of Rs.30,000. A Shipping Charge of Rs.1,000 shall apply if order amount is less than Rs.30,000. 

4. For Safe Delivery of Fragile Perfumes we take care, we do special Packing of Bubble Wrap, Carton for safe delivery to your address/ in hand across Pakistan.

5. You will be notified via email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped. If you have placed multiple orders that are likely to be shipped at different times, then you will be notified when each order has been shipped.
